Stop assuming that just because someone, especially a celebrity, wants to get in shape, get in BETTER shape, tone up, add muscle, trim down, exercise to feel better and says things like "I'm in the worst shape of my life" or "my middle is so flabby," that they've succumbed to this illusory, phantom "toxic diet culture." Curtis and Smith are perfectly capable of deciding ON THEIR OWN that a toned, buff body looks a lot better than a soft flabby one. And no, I'm not a big fan of either of them.
